Staff is very polite and courteous. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and the hotel makes sure you have new dishes to try and look forward to everyday. Quality of food was excellent.

We came here for the excellent food quality which we were aware of from previous experience. [ We were Thanekars ! ] We missed buffet lunch / dinner though !

The staff from the gate to the hotel reception and to the room service and restaurant personnel, they were very excellent. Very well appreciated service.

Good location in the centre of Thane close to the shopping malls. Good variety to the breakfast - every day was slightly different which was nice.

Restaurant food was superb for both breakfast and dinner. The staff is amazing and helpful. Reservation office staff very informative

Breakfast was a daily buffet and was just ok. Was tired of seeing idli-sambar and sandwiches on the menu everyday for a whole week. They need to introduce a bit more variety and choices. However it was ample and staff was very cooperative and attentive.
