Staff is very polite and courteous. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and the hotel makes sure you have new dishes to try and look forward to everyday. Quality of food was excellent.

The staff from the gate to the hotel reception and to the room service and restaurant personnel, they were very excellent. Very well appreciated service.

Good location in the centre of Thane close to the shopping malls. Good variety to the breakfast - every day was slightly different which was nice.

Breakfast was a daily buffet and was just ok. Was tired of seeing idli-sambar and sandwiches on the menu everyday for a whole week. They need to introduce a bit more variety and choices. However it was ample and staff was very cooperative and attentive.

Location is close to the highway and Thane city center so it is quite convenient. The breakfast has many options and is tasty. The rooms have a nice view and are spacious. One handicapped friendly room is also available in the hotel.
